I'm been actively seeking out places to play and get out and pursue some of our
favorite pasttimes. We're discovering there are plenty of good spots for
training and playing. Here are some of them. First, from one of my
first rollerski outings. Right in the middle of Janesville, there's a "new" bike
path. Perfect for long rollerskis, 13miles long, so out and back 26.
Not much in the way of hills, but still good.

At the foot of Somerset Dr., the street we lived on when growing up. We
used to play capture the flag and other games in these groves. No paved
bike path then. But now a good section for some intervals. Almost as much fun.
Continuing past some other iconic Wisco landscapes..Cornfields on the right.
A fun part of the trail as it snaked through a prairie area, beautiful wildflowers and a little bit of a climb even. You can see it in the background to the left. Prepare yourself. It's big.
And just so we don't feel so far away from our Seattle peeps, here's I-90 going
over the trail. We're still neighbors, living on the same street. :)
