Expressions

At the park recently, I noticed how Sylvie's repertoire of expressions has broadened. She still has her serious furrowed brow look, that she's had since she was a days-old infant, that she employs when she is studying something intently. But she now has wide-open happy looks, proud looks, curious looks, needful looks and playful looks. Along with these expressions comes some level of communication, whether it's opening her arms up to be picked up or saying "nnn nnn nnn" when she's excited about the kiwi I'm cutting up for her lunch.
